In File Manager you can upload new files and delete files.

If you have first uploaded a file, without yet attaching it to a post, you may start new episode by clicking the blank page on the right side of the file name. You will head to new episode form, with this file already attached.

Be careful not to delete file which is attached to a post. Deleting single file doesn't (currently) warn if it's used somewhere.
