In this version you can create pages and organize them in hierarchy. Discussion/comments are also enabled by default, and optionally you can collect link database.

Note! Currently I'm not thoroughly testing the site security from multi-user perspective! Recommended to use in trusted collaboration, however, running anonymous portals at your own risk! Situation may change later.

Also, the default theme is currently not optimized for structured pages and navigation, however it does work to some extent. I'll create a new alternative theme for that later, but at this point you may want to create one of your own.
